JustAskGemalto

Security Questions? JustAskGemalto:
Security and smart card manufacturing firm Gemalto recently launched an initiative in the region to further educate internet users about key safety issues while going about their online lives.

If you’ve ever wondered if online banking was safe, or if contactless smart cards are secure, JustAskGemalto.com is the site to hit up. The information on the site has been compiled by Gemalto’s own researchers, who have been part of Gemalto’s many years in the field. (Did you know that the smart chip in your credit card was almost certainly made by Gemalto?)

To be fair, not everyone has all the answers, so if you ever come across a question that isn’t already answered on the site, feel free to submit your query, and they’ll set their researchers on it. How’s that for good service?

In conjunction with the launch of the JustAskGemalto website, Gemalto’s holding a competition with a chance for participants to win an iPad. Head on over to contest.justaskgemalto.com and answer 5 questions correctly to be entered in the draw. (Tip: Answers to all questions can be found on the JustAsk Gemalto website!) Contest ends 15 Sept, so take part while you still can!

Video

Storm Troopers Behaving Badly (via WebUrbanist)

Storm Troopers Behaving Badly (via WebUrbanist):
